Very quick and easy. It was like I was talking to a friend. Very friendly and not at all intimidating. The interview process is quick and painless. Will ask questions on how you think you would be a good fit for the position or if you have any relevant experience but it’s not necessary if you don’t.

Easy they just asked me several questions regarding my experience, checked my background and my clearances. And they asked me several questions about how I would handle certain situations on the job

The interview was a group interview, more of an informational session then a interview. To tell you about the expectation of the role. It was an introduction to Source 4 Teachers/ MissionOne company.
