No interview is required. I just had to attend training online for a few hours, and jump through a few hoops with paperwork. I started working within two weeks of applying.
There was no interview process. There was just a background check (that you have to pay for) and training. The training was four hours long, but vague. They try to prepare you for most situations, but nothing really can prepare you better than being in the classroom.

I had a short phone call asking if I had experience working with children. I was referred by another employee. I had to submit some documents and do a background/drug check and that was it.
