Applied online. The application takes some time to complete but there is no official interview. Had to confirm that I had a college degree. Had to include previous work experience and why I was appropriate for the job. Many different areas to apply to--can use the same application to apply to them all, which is convenient.

All done online from filing out the application to submitting your college/ bachelors/Masters transcripts.
Then you take a practice test
Then online they tell you you're hired for 11.00 an hour
