There were many tests online not directly related to software (language, logic, personal), and also a coding test. About two hours to do everything.
I was invited to a on site interview with all the expenses covered.
I didn't get the position but the process looked professional and transparent.

Do you follow any agile methodologie? Which one and how does it work?
Initial and secondary HR screening, skills exam (corporate behaviours of the Agency, ..) , Hiring Manager (1) and a second round with Hiring Manager. Practical / system design questions. Quick check on french.

Il colloquio si è svolto in presenza di 2 ingegneri informatici da molti anni inseriti nell'azienda, mi hanno fatto delle domande generali sulla mia esperienza, e fatto anche delle domande tecniche, sia dal punto di vista della programmazione e sia su processi informatici generali

Mi hanno dato un codice molto semplice in C avente una funzione che viene richiamata nel main, mi hanno chiesto in che modo le variabili vengono salvate in memoria e come vengono gestite.
