STEP 1 : Shortlisting Based on details : Around 500 people applied out of which around 180 were shortlisted. They didn't reveal the shortlisting criteria. It seemed completely random to us.
STEP 2 : Aptitude Test : 3 Sections - Quant, Logical Reasoning and Verbal. It was organized by hirepro.
STEP 3 : 3 rounds of Interview

Puzzle 1: Using 9,9,9,1 make 1 and 13. You can use any mathematical operation.
Puzzle 2: Using 8,8,3,3 make 24. You are allowed to use bodmass operations.
Puzzle 3: Number of Squares in a chessboard.
Puzzle 4: There are infinite number of trees. A monkey is their on first tree. Monkey jumps each day once. It can jump n number of trees everyday. You are allowed to check only one tree each day. How will you catch the monkey ?
Moderate interview process with theory based and practical based, you will have to show on screen and client rounds are there
And they can take Upto 7 rounds of interview
They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
