Generally EXL doesn't hire laterally for operations positions (they do it for Six Sigma, Analytics, FnA and Nursing positions). All the management hiring is done from Noida. AM hiring involves 3 rounds, HR, OPs Face to Face and AVP (Telephonic).

Direct PI Round was conducted (2 Stages), Basic Accounting Questions where asked. As well as about my previous work exp and scenario type questions where asked. Technical Questions where focused on the Accounting principles and journal entries
