The Interview was at the EXL Cochin office. First, we had a test and then a telephonic interview. And finally two rounds of face to face interviews with the manager and HR officer. But several confusions were going on with the rounds of the interview. All the process was controlled by the HR personnel from Banglore office via call. The staff at the cochin office had no idea or clue regarding what would be next. And also the post-interview communication is worse. They don't review unless you are selected. And the salary offered is also not up to the mark.
