The interview process was positive and moved at a regular pace in the tech industry. There was a phone screen with a talent acquisition specialist, and then technical interview. The tech interview featured a shared online coding problem. The interviewer showed a lot of interest in how the problem was solved which is good. There were some gaps in the interview process that led me to wonder if I had been ghosted. Last, there was an interview with the reporting manager and the client representative. It went smoothly and felt very professional.
