I was contacted by the HR Specialist for an initial phone screening on a Thursday that went well. They then set up an hour for me to come in and meet with two people together the following Tuesday. That meeting went well so they set up a meeting for me to meet with three other people together the Tuesday after that. Then Friday of that week they set up a time for me to come in and "shadow" another account manager for about an hour and a half. Overall the process was extremely professional and everyone I met and worked with through the process was friendly, open and honest. They really care about culture and how you would fit in with their teams. Even if your background doesn't exactly match what they do, if you are smart, ambitious and enthusiastic about learning it will go a long way.
