Apply online, and then show up and ask to talk to a manager. Be very friendly to the hosts, they are the gatekeepers to your potential interview. Do not go at a busy time, the best is early morning or between the lunch and dinner rush (3pm-ish).
Be well styled and dressed professionally. You can never go wrong with a plain blazer and dress pants. The manager likely does not care about your past experience (or lack therof) they just want you to be sociable. Use small talk to your advantage, tell them about what you like about Earls and about your interests and work ethic.

Bonus: Tell them about how you really like their training programs (and actually research it first).

Was hired by email a few weeks later, invited to complete online training (this online training is unpaid) started it.
attended an orientation (paid)
was then given unclear next steps regarding in person training schedule
you have to show up to training in your uniform which you supply and buy yourself - most people don't own a navy blue suit so you order it online and have to wear it to training
Upon completing day 1 of training I was then told a few days later that I would not be attending further training and they were not moving me forward as an employee
So I spent hours completing their training online, purchased Serve it BC, bought a uniform some of which I can't return, all to not get hired after getting told I was hired.
Super confusing process left a bad taste in my mouth for the company and the brand

Asked me 2 questions. Seemed like the manager already hired someone and just wanted to get over with the other interviews. Waste of time considering I went pretty far to get there
