Was tedious, Steve couldn’t tell me how to properly do lunch rushes, reason being was because I was too tall to stand in the kitchen. I even tried to have a rolling office chair
Brief, simple, they wanted to know what experience i had, why i chose earls. What my timeline and availability were. Lower level position so career options were discussed. Manager gave me most of the more standard interview questions, chef was easier.
