found me on monster.com took about two weeks. it was easy going and felt like i was talking to a friend. not to bad just too long, 1 hour and 45 mins. makes no sense.

Interviews are usually done over the phone, unless you are in Texas. So that is an advantage. It took a while for me to get an interview. It also took me a while to transition into the position.

I spoke to a recruiter on a Monday and she was very nice and professional. I sent in a resume but they also ask that you fill out an online application. She told me there would be a 1:1 interview with the district manager. They were realigning districts so she said I would get a call no later than Friday. At the end they asked pay requirements and after I told her my expectations she asked if I was negotiable since they have a competitive bonus structure. I said no.
