The first interview was an objective questionnaire based on skills and experience, with your would-be manager. The second interview felt less organised and appeared to involve off-the-cuff questions with a senior manager. Both interviews were via video call and the second interviewer did not turn on their camera, which was quite unsettling as you were talking to a blank screen. The second interview is very much a one-way street where you are asked a series of open ended questions
