I applied at a jobfair. I had an interview with the HR personnel. Then I had an interview with various prospective principals. You have to wait for months if you get hired.

The interview process was conducted by the Principal and AP. The process was thorough, and quick. I appreciated the speed of the process, and flexibility of the interviewers to work with my schedule. This interview did eventually lead to an initial job offer, acceptance, and a new position.

Interviewing process was comfortable. More of a getting to know you session where the employer got to know you and ask you about your contributions to the system.
