Brief phone questions followed by personal interview at the company's building. Everything seemed great. Salary and benefits were discussed. I was told that they had recently lost a few accounts. As I left I was told they would be in touch within a few days. I never heard back from them. After 1.5 weeks I sent them a letter thanking them for their time and consideration as well as wishing them the best in the future. Once again, never heard back from them. I guess I now have a better understanding of why they have lost accounts and get the online reviews they have been receiving recently.
