Very typical multi-stage interview process.
The technical questions were easy and straightforward. It actually showed the immaturity of the team. Moreover, the instructions to carry out the live coding interview were almost non-existent. No interaction whatsoever by the interviewer as I was talking to myself!
The interview with the hiring manager was more useful. It really exposed fault lines in the cooperation. It was clear that the turnover rate was high and there was a lot of pressure and friction between management and the technical team. After reading the employee reviews here, it all now makes sense.
Unfortunately, after three rounds of interviews and direct interaction with the internal recruiter, I received a generic rejection email. That was infuriating because it was very unprofessional. You'd expect a personalized email after all these wasted hours. But apparently not with Easyship.

What would you do if management decided to pivot on the technology stack the company is currently using.
Fast interview process, relative easy questions, live coding and technical sessions were included. I went through all 4 stages got a decline at the end. No specific feedback so that wasn't nice.
