The Eaton team appeared noticeably disengaged during our interaction. Their lack of enthusiasm for their roles and company culture was concerning, and unfortunately it left me feeling uninspired about joining the organization. The interactions felt transactional rather than collaborative and I didn’t get the sense that my potential contributions were being seriously considered. I was disappointed by the candidate experience during this process and ultimately I withdrew my application as these interactions made me concerned about how employees are treated on a day to day basis.
