I was flown up to Cleveland and stayed in a great hotel. There was a plant tour that I had to miss because of my flight, but I made it to the dinner afterwards. The next day we had 2 one on one interviews and then a panel presentation. It was all pretty standard. They are a great company

One phone screen and one on sight. Included members were ME Manager, ME Team Leads, and an HR person. Questions were posed and responses were requested to be in STAR format. The interview lasted about 1 hour and concluded with a site tour.

1st phone interview.2nd IK and Technical interview.3rd top management interview.1st one is in english, others are in Turkish.it took 2 weeks from 1st interview to last one. At christmast time
Good technical questions asked by interviewer with a mindset based on technical knowledge and not how fluent you re at English. And communication was checked thoroughly in hr round. .....
