I went to our school’s career fair and I made a good impression. I got an interview request a couple weeks later. My interview was a first round phone call interview(2 separate phone calls); it went great and the next time I heard from them, it was an offer. The interview was mostly behavioral questions(2-5) . Did not even have to do a second round interview!
