Pretty standard. Began with phone screen from HR, then a phone screen with the hiring manager (since I was out of state). Then I was brought on-site for a full day of interviews. Nine separate interviews, two of which were panels. Interview questions focused on demonstration of character and problem solving in 'actual' experiences.

The interview process was really thorough and well-structured, consisting of three distinct stages, each focusing on behavioral questions. It allowed me to showcase different aspects of my skills and experiences.

Name a time you had conflict in a group and what did you learn
Got interview through career fair, was helpful that I already knew about the company and the happenings there. Pretty standard interview questions, examples of challenges, hardships, etc. We talked for about an hour, never got a second interview.
