Started by scheduling an interview with Eaton through the University Career center. After a one hour interview, I was invited out to one of their facilities in Pittsburgh, PA to do a full day of interviewing with several people. The interviewers ranged from managers to marketing people for the position. They described the work and projects that would be covered, bought me lunch, and had an offer to me within a few days.
