Phone interview with HR rep at corporate that went over my background and confirmed that I would be a good fit for the position. Then had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager at the facility. Interview was about 40 minutes long and a lot of questions about past specific experiences, tell men you dealt with....

The HR manager set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty standard, with the most common questions you would expect. It lasted a little bit over half an hour. Next step would have been in person.

Interviewed with Jim and the process was seamless. There were 3 rounds of interviews with 2 interviews being in person back to back at the Raleigh office. In person interviews totaled 2.5hours. There were two people on each interview panel.. Everyone was pleasant.
