Phone interview with HR was fine, face-to-face with the team went well as we were socially distanced in a conference room, but the problem was the unprofessionalism exhibited by the company as they ghosted me and mistakenly replied to my thank you email asking the hiring manager if they were going to offer the position to another candidate. Instead of apologizing for the faux pas you recall the email message which I've already seen and ghost me. No follow up with a standard rejection email informing me I didn't get the job or anything after three rounds of interviews.
