Applied online through their website with CV only, no cover letter required – very nice and straight forward. About two weeks later I was contacted by HR to schedule an interview with the Talent Lead. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed.
The next day I get an email saying I passed the interview stage for a different job(?). I am multilingual but I applied for the Spanish speaking position and instead I was considered for the Greek speaking one without them communicating this idea at the interview. I then sent them a very open and honest email about how that was not what I applied for and could not take up that role. Following that, I was asked to complete the two-part assessment* for BOTH Spanish and Greek roles, only to be rejected in the end. In all fairness, I submitted part 2 later than they asked because I was ill and bed-bound for a few days, but felt embarrassed and thought it was not fair of me to ask for more time since it felt like I had created enough inconveniences already. Generally though, the HR person I was exchanging emails with was very understanding and kind all throughout this process.
All in all, there was major lack of communication on behalf of their Talent Lead. First it was the job complication, the unnecessary back and forth, barely anything was asked about my skills in the interview, and then the fact that I was never told how much I would be getting paid was also problematic for me; I kept thinking about how someone else might have asked for more and would be paid more for the same position. I was also not a fan of the unbalanced gender ratio in this company and the lack of diversity, which is extremely important for me. Overall strange vibe that made me anxious during the whole recruitment process – a very rocky process. Considering all the above, I was disappointed I spent so much time on the assessments. Was not upset about rejection.

The recruitment process had several stages. It was quite demanding but well designed — each task tested the skills necessary for this job. During the final stage, I had to prepare a Business Proposal. Even though it was challenging and I spent a lot of time on it, it gave me a glimpse of what my job will look like. In addition, there was a pleasant atmosphere during the interviews — all recruiters were very friendly and happily answered all my questions. I was able to meet a lot of my future colleagues. Overall, I believe this was one of my best recruitment processes — it wasn't trite, even though it was very professional.

The first round of the application was a test that was fairly easy. The second round was an interview with HR. In the third round, I was asked to write an email to a potential customer. Positive experience overall.
