They will hire anybody, there's one interview and if you at least show up then you got the job. Wear whatever you want, no drug test, criminal record is fine, dui is fine, they will literally hire anyone, they hire 1-3 people per week, turnover is outrageous. I would say good luck but you won't need it

Entretien
I applied on the EcoMark Solar website, I was contacted by phone a few days later to set up an in person interview. The first interview was a two person interview. A week after the first interview I was contacted again to schedule a second in person interview. The second interview was a two person interview with two different people. I made contact a few days later, I was told that my application was still under consideration. Two weeks after the second interview I was contacted again with an offer with them.
