The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. The second interview was with the hiring manager over Teams. Both calls lasted less than the scheduled 30 minutes. My experience was positive; the recruiter and manager were kind and knowledgeable about the role, and they were able to answer my questions thoroughly.
