It was mostly behavioral questions. I was asked for an interview at a conference. They want to see strong leadership skills. After that, I was called for three online 30 minute interviews with employees from different locations. Show that you know what the company does and that you are a team leader. It was a good experience.

Initial interview was with recruiter with general questions. The next round was 4 hours of interviews with related managers to the position. Most were situational questions like..tell me about a time when you didn’t agree with your boss and how did you manage it?
