First you should cleared Aptitude Test after you face the technical ff and finally if got shortlisted HR round where formal discussions about salary/pkg discussions.
In Aptitude there is some reasoning questions and some technical questions . depends upon for which technologies you applied.
if it is .net then you can find some C# and aps.net and MVC basic questions.
Keep in mind that there is Negative marking
