J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez EdNavigator
Entretien
I originally applied for a Lead Navigator position. They emailed me inviting me to apply for the Navigator position saying I didn't have the experience for the Lead. I applied, got invited to do the video interview. Completed that and got invited to complete a performance task. Submitted it. Didn't advance. They called me three months later saying the position was open again. They invited me to do the performance task again or share how I would have done it differently during the interview. Did that. 4 days later, got another rejection letter saying I wasn't a good fit and they had a competitive applicant pool.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work here? How does this fit in your career? Tell me about a time where you had to work in ambiguity? How do you like to be managed? Do you have any remote experience.
After submitting an application, I was invited to a one-way video interview and was then sent a performance task to complete. My impression is that a live virtual interview would have been the next step in the interview process.

They gave an example scenario that a family might bring to a navigator and asked what next steps you would take to support the family and why.

The interview was an asynchronous recorded interview that consisted of four questions. I was asked to use a specific program that would show a question on the screen. I had unlimited attempts to record my answer but was unable to review my recording before moving on.
