Contacted by a recruiter and had my first phone interview 2 days later. Interviewed first with an AS, got a nice feel of potential clients and work I'd be doing as well as the culture of the agency. Questions were fairly basic regarding my experience, interests, and why I was interested in working at Edelman. Second phone interview was 3 days later with a VP, same basic questions asking why I thought I was a good fit and specific questions about my experience.
The interview process was very organised and thorough. Interviewers and HR staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was done in a professional manner. Was impressed!

Applied online through the website,was then contacted a few days later for a phone interview,then moved onto a Skype interview with three account execs and then a writing test! The overall process was stressfull,but in a good way! Everyone was nice and did not try and intimidate you,but made you feel comfortable in answering and asking questions.

First there is a phone interview, once you pass you must take a skills test online or in person, if approved, you return to the office for an in person interview. I was interviewed by 3 different team members. They do not make it an intimidating process. Questions were not difficult.
