It was quite straightforward. You have to complete a written test that basically similar to the day-to-day email situation with media. And would be meeting with your direct manager and the practice head.

Question 1
I think internship experience in other agency or similar role would be very important. They would asked about how the candidate manage the day-to-day work on account management.
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.

Entretien
went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half
Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
