The whole interview didn’t make sense. It was a screening on zoom and she didn’t even have her screen on (unprofessional and poor business etiquette). She seemed annoyed and it was obvious she never really looked at my resume in depth before the interview (again, unprofessional). So she came across as unprepared, disheveled and flustered. Then what really didn’t make sense was the fact that the questions were so in depth for a JUNIOR position that only required 1 year experience. She said that this was considered an Account Executive position. Just a waste a time and you guys have a poor H.R. department.
