Interview was very short… maybe 5 minutes in total. The lady told me the schedule, start date, pay, ect. She told me I would hear from someone the following Monday. I did not hear from anyone, so I reached out and asked what the status of my employment was and was told they gave the position to someone else. They are still listed on indeed looking for employees. I have 10+ years of customer service experience and I was very professional in the interview. Very discouraging.

The interview was super easy and they basically just asked questions about background and job history. They were open about pay which is above average and benefits. It was virtual which made it way easier to schedule as well.
