I had an initial phone screen that I thought went well. She asked many standard behavioral questions. But then I never heard back despite following up. I don’t understand why many in HR can’t do their basic job responsibility of informing candidates that they weren’t selected. I don’t see many other jobs where you fail to do something so basic and get a pass.
