One screening phone interview with HR and one on-site interview with hiring manager and 1-2 engineers from the team. First interview questions are about classes, projects, interests, etc. Second interview focuses on demonstrating your soft skills with typical "Tell me about a time when you faced X problem" or "When have you shown leadership in a project or on a team?" type of questions. Process is very quick and the HR department got back to me with an offer within a week of my second interview.
