I applied online and a few days later was contacted by the HR Manager for a phone screen. She was friendly, but seemed rushed. At the end she asked when I would be available for an onsite and emailed me confirmation of the date and time. During the interview (Which was only with the HR Manager) she kept putting her pen in her hair, which would get stuck and she would have to rip it out. She focused a lot on how I would report to her, what types of information I should provide to her - she seemed like she would be the type to micro manage

Entretien
During the interview, the interviewer and team shared their concerns with the department and company as a whole including the high turnover and lack of support from the headquarters. It does seem that everyone is in a hurry to leave the company for another job. There seems to be a lot of instability in the workforce at both the plant and staff levels.

Asked about when I could start, salary expectations, even questions about terminating current employees and paying out bonuses. I was asked how to address current performance issues with one of their managers.

Entretien
The human resources manager was rude and acted very superior. This was in Auburn hills 11/2020. She was more concerned with processes that have nothing to do with the job. She was actually a nasty person and rude. i would never work for her.
