The interview process quickly shifted from a supposed Financial Analyst/Trader job opportunity into a sales pitch for a paid training course.
The company explained that candidates without prior trading experience must complete a 6-week “academy” programme costing approximately £4,000, paid by the applicant. This was not made sufficiently clear in the original job advertisement, which presents the role as a salaried analyst/trader position.
Very little of the conversation focused on my actual analytical experience or suitability for the role. The main focus became enrolling into the paid training pathway.
Applicants should be aware that this is closer to a paid trading academy/funded trader model than a traditional graduate analyst role.

Video call interview. Interviewer mentioning that I have to pass a challenge, then pay for a live funded account to trade for them. Starting salary being £45,000 per annum. Did not reach back to the interview, as this company seems dodgy. Similar reviews and those that have experience working for this "firm" have said the same thing.

They schedule a call for financial analys, and asks you to work for 6 months as a trader and earn profits for them for free. Then they will think of hiring you for full time role. It is a total scam and i request students and job seekers to stay away from these sham companies
