it starts with an English placement test which is contributed in the American university in Cairo (sept), then computer test in the military institute
if you passed both , you will be examined by a committee with 3 head engineers: they ask you about your experience or if you you are fresh graduate you will be asked about your graduation project and some basic questions.
At first it was an English exam in the American University in cairo then technical ask you about the basic information of your study and if you have a license without type rating he will start to ask you about the work sheet and your tasks

English Exam:
Take the SEPT exam which is held at AUC university in Cairo.
Technical Interview:
It will be at the headquarters of the company and you will be interviewed with a committee consisting of 8 persons and the whole interview will be about your background.
