Telephonic Interview round. Even though i was a marketing student they called me and took 20 mins interview on phone and then called for the final round and still haven't received a call. Kept postponing the interview for 2 weeks.

There was a telephonic interview by the recruiter first and since she found me good I cleared that round and then the manager called for a telephonic interview to see if I would be apt for the job title.I cleared that too and I was called for the interview, we had to wait for 2 hours which I don't think is professionalism since we weren't even informed that they were busy or that we would have to wait. Once I went in for the interview the questions were easy, but 2 questions were very vague. Although I didn't clear that round probably because they expected someone to have a lower salary expectation, but what surprises me is that they asked a person to wait back for the next round who was so casually dressed but when they spoke to us over the phone they insisted on us wearing formals so bad.
