Entretien
There was a phone screening with the hiring lead. After this a follow up 1:1 intervew with the lead of the team where a more formal interview was done. After this where was a follow up call with the lead but no offer was made.

It was implied that the team at the time wasn't very diverse and there would be the opportunity to help be part of growing it - I was asked how I felt about that.
