they called from hr and told me they are moving my resume to the department and then a week later i got a phone call from head of mechanical process to set up an interview one professional and one personal.

a sketch of a crane loaded with 10 ton weight from a 30 meter beam and the counter weight from a 10 meter beam?
what should be the counter weight mass ?
they asked me about the crane motor load at the top and what if the crane is not lifting anything the counter is still there with maximum moment on the motor what should we do?
