Very disorganized process.
Pretty standard; phone screen, panel, final interview.
The phone screen was actually pretty productive, and would have no negative feedback for this round if they hadn't forgotten to send me a calendar invite/reply to their initial "interest" email.
After going through the phone screen I was invited onsite, however the calendar invite only included one of the people who I was meeting with, (which just so happened to be the person I had spoken with on the phone). This was frustrating as I was unable to do any prep research on who I would be talking to.
When I got to the interview I was told that one of the people I was supposed to be meeting wasn't in that day, and had to do a video chat interview with someone offsite. Their video chat didn't work and it turned into a phone call via a (poorly serviced) 2009 laptop.
The last person I met was then "in a meeting," so my interview ended early, which was disappointing because not a single person asked me about any product details of theirs, and I had essentially done hours of research for nothing.
