It was 3 VERY long hours. The recruiter dropped me off at a small room that I sat in for 3 hours while 4 different people took turns interviewing me, one after another. The recruiter never returned after the last person interviewed me. She just left me in the room, I guess I was supposed to figure out on my own that it was over and then try to find my way out of the building?? It was very unprofessional and 3 hours that I will never get back.

Well explained process from the HR during the first call. Then 2 more calls with Hiring manager and Global manager. Finally 2 more calls with the HR to discuss the salary and relocation planning.

Foram 5 etapas, mas foram ótimas pois me permitiam conhecer cada vez mais cultura da organização. Todos os entrevistadores sempre forneciam informações bem importantes sobre a empresa, o que me ajudou bastante no processo de decisão quando recebi a proposta.

Seleção muito bem conduzida por perguntas sobre minha experiência e conhecimento. Processo com rh e gestor da posição. Processo foi muito rápido, em poucas semanas a consultoria me contatar fiz as entrevistas e testes relacionado a vaga. Testes para avaliar conhecimento principalmente de inglês.
