as routines, asking about background, raising some questions and then technical test. I have to say there was some misunderstandings of my previous project for the team lead and he seemed to be a bit reluctant to listen to my explanation.

Entretien
Very professional. Basically, self introduction and they also introduce the company. There were not personal questions but more technical stuff. The language is either German or English. Both are fine for interviewer.
