Three part interview that allows you to directly engage with the management team, clients and gain realistic expectations of the role. As such, it allows them to engage with the interviewee on a more personal level, making the conversation and process more tailored for them.

Entretien
Two round interview process. First round sit down with the owner. Second round observation day lasting a full day - sent out with an account manager who showed me the process of the role and fully broke down the opportunity available to me.
