There were 2 interviews. One interview was a phone call and the second interview was in person. Very direct and basic interview questions. The interviews were short. I started a few days after the second interview.

Very simple but unorganized, they focused on being able to upsell and enforce cancel fees instead of client service I knew it was simple but it was simpler than I thought and they were weirdly acting like it was a serious job
