First meeting was with the CEO (leading lady) which was less formal than I was expecting but lent itself to a ‘getting to know you’ conversation. Then had a second interview with 3 advisor/directors followed by an on site working interview. The working interview was unique and challenging and allowed me showcase a skill set that you cannot in a traditional interview setting.
