I was connected to the recruiter via an internal referral, and we scheduled an interview within about two weeks. The first interview was with that recruiter, and the second interview was with the hiring manager. Each was 30 minutes, and both were conducted over Zoom.

Entretien
The interview process was very lengthy, and I met with 5 separate people. The communication between individuals was not great, and I often had to repeat myself or send follow-up emails.
