Have you ever heard about company giving the question paper for an interview, then brace yourself the company is going to give you a sheet of questions that the final interview is going to happen, and they will ask you in the exact same order If they are going to select people for final interview, they did not eliminate even one from the final round of interviews which constitutes CEO round and HR round, If this is the case what's the use of interviews and asking the people to come down to headquarters.

Two HR screening, psychometric analysis and finally personal interview with the MD. The HR rounds were fairly easy. Psychometric was also pretty easy. The interview with the MD was pretty unprofessional. It felt like talking to a thug who was very disinterested in my interview process. I got the offer but did not take it due to salary negotiations and the company culture which I could visibly see in the short time of 2 hours, waiting for my interview slot. Overall everyone seemed extremely scared with the MD which I found was something I could not do since I had a very straightforward way of working.
