White interviewing with the service manager nothing really stood out leading me to believe that he was my next career coach, or that he have the mindset to be a supportive leader equipped with the tools needed to create an environment promoting a level of success not only based on numbers but the quality of life as a part of the elk Grove Buick GMC family.. Things really went South when I have come to the conclusion that there was definitive processes boasted by this man that in fact our contradictory to reaching the goals of success. The details don't matter the fact remains that although some of his concepts are original they're not results-oriented they just look good on paper and in presentation in theory, but our fact counterproductive for proper CSI score, and with the lack of that you know everything else is just going to fall to the floor. So when that came to light I enlightened him of my disapproval in that micro managed close minded inefficient non productive process that he has and that I could only come to mine how many more of these he has stirred up and thrown through the facility I care not to deal with. So if you want a job there's is a place to go, but if you want a healthy career it has provides the tools, as well as the ability to have a successful career go somewhere else.
